I currently study in multimedia engineering, and I am going to have final year project on portable games, so I am seeking if yours company can provide official version of Software Development Kit (which can be sold to interested parties ) for building new 3DS games. That is, would it be possible for yours company to release official and licensed (paid) emulators for offline gameplay dry-run/debug? Also, if such a SDK could be available, would it be possible for yours company to develop a site that can, in credit card payment basis, download official and licensed (paid) version of 3DS roms to facilitate game programming with the use of yours company's official and licensed (paid) SDK?
