自從香港在 97 後每年示威遊行的日子多了, 特別在近呢十年不論反共/反特狗政府/反法輪功或支持共慘的遊行示威也多了, 每次遊行示威警務署都會派人沿途錄影和拍攝所有遊行示威人士的樣貌, 很多時候也 "唔覺意" 拍攝了在場的其他沒有參與遊行的市民, 如果有市民是站在天橋或附近觀看遊行也會一同被 "唔覺意" 攝入鏡頭.

警務署拍攝了這麼多人之後會怎樣處理呢? 其實警務署在九一一後便跟據美國要求開始成立一個反恐人士 database, 內裡有晒所在港疑似恐怖人士和懷疑入境恐怖份子的相片和相關資料, 這些資料是會與美國的中央 database 配對的. 後來保安局長發現這個 database 很有用便命令警務署成立多一個類似的 database 不過就只係用來記錄所有參與遊行示威/圍觀人士的樣貌和有關資料, 後來警務署更為這樣資料花成千萬港元引入一套分析系統. 這個分析系統能夠把所有人士的相片和遊行示威日子及主題配對及找出相關的關系, 從此便發現有些人士會在不同的遊行示威場合出現, 有些人更會出現在支持政府和反對政府的遊行示威裡, 有些圍觀者會經常出現在銅羅灣和灣仔某些路段觀看遊行場面, 這個系統亦發現過去以圍觀為主的旁觀者後來會出現在某些反政府的遊行隊伍當中, 另外出席 8964 集會的人士有三份一左右是沒有參與其他遊行的.

這個有關香港人不論是否支持政府的 database 正不段 expand, 日後可能會加入其他市民的樣貌以作分析, 留意現在交通警已經開始錄影和攝取所有汽車包括司機樣貌的資料, 這些資料將會與警務署這個香港人 database 進行配對及 update, 除了可以用於防止罪案之外也可以有助破案, 另一個用途是可以減輕狗仔隊的工作量, 對一些不用全天候跟蹤的人士用這個系統便能夠大概了解有關人士的每天行程, 好讓狗仔隊可以集中火力跟蹤那些反特狗政府和反共的香港人.

後記, 現今世上除了香港外用得最多監控技術的國家是英國/法國/澳洲/日本/新加坡/美國/俄羅斯和中共國 (排名不分先後), 除了俄羅斯外其他國家和地區全部選用日本電腦公司的監控技術, 分別是 N 字頭和 F 字頭, 而香港警務署和中共國是用 N 字頭的.

提外話, 所以中共國又點會同日本有任何軍事沖突呢? 中共國無論什麼事情都要靠日本才能夠成事, 如果中共立國初期沒有日本的千幾億日元無償貸款援助根本就沒有今天蠢到無朋友的中共國. 中共國今天的釣魚台事件完全是為了幫助日本擴張軍力而做的一場大戲 only, 說穿了也是幫助日本某些曾經幫過中共國的企業發展海外軍工生意. 美國完全掌握個中道理和戲路而且仲借勢用來在國會要求多些軍用撥款來研發更多新武器, 之後就用來對付中共國和另一邊的敵人.

華春瑩今日在外交部例行記者會上，被問到港大民研全民投票系統，受到黑客攻擊一事；華春瑩表示「不了解」，又指中方一貫立場是「堅決反對和打擊一切形式的網絡黑客攻擊行為」。

有記者提問稱，壹傳媒集團主席黎智英被指密會美國國防部前副部長，華春瑩指不了解有關報道，但指中方堅決反對任何外國勢力，以任何方式干預香港內部事務。
