I would like to say that I did not discover this bug - I'll attach the name of the man who did when I have his permission.
I think it's important though, and I have verified it with my camera.
If you attach a 3rd party lens after using an OSS (eg the 24-70 FE) lens then IBIS does not work
If you attach a 3rd party lens after using a non OSS lens (eg the 55 f1.8) then IBIS does work.
It's as simple as that
There doesn't seem to be a workaround, which means that if you only have an OSS lens then it seems like you won't be able to use IBIS at all with 3rd party lenses
If you can find a workaround with your camera I'm sure everyone would like to know.
