Dear honoured Consul-General,

Your Canadian citizen Tse Chi-fung offended us Hongkongers and harmed our public interest in an official position as a host of an RTHK forum this 9th of February. He is being biased as a host and sided with the PRC communist colonization of Hong Kong. Mr. Tse instruct hongkonger in a televised forum to give up speaking their own language in order to suit a fascist regime to colonize Hong Kong. We need your kind attention to this matter as this will affect the friendly relation between Canada and Hong Kong for a long time to come. Mr Tse openly announced that he is a Canadian citizen. We take this as a grave issue in diplomacy. Thank you very much.
