A: No. An Austrian is not a German, though they share the same written language. But Hong Kong is not a country.
B: Is Austria a country?
A: Yes.
B: But Austria doesn't have its own currency and national finance control. We Hong Kong have our own currency and national finance. We have everything a country should have.
