•'Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time,' 21st Century Fox said in a statement
•This fatal crash comes a month after John Bernecker, 33, died from injuries he suffered after falling off a 25-foot balcony on 'The Walking Dead' set
