Notice of Change to Our Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Toyoko Inn.

Toyoko Inn has changed the cancellation policy for general members (up to 9 rooms) to as follows.


[Until March 31, 2018]

16 o'clock to 22 o'clock of the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
After 22 o'clock of the date of stay / No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee


[From April 1, 2018 and onwards]

From 16 o'clock of the date of stay / No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee


* Group reservation (for 10 rooms or more) cancellation policy will follow the usual policy.
